Inaugurated in March 2022, Prime Japanese brought to Campinas a Japanese restaurant that brings together all that Japanese cuisine has to offer.
One sunset is never the same as the other, but every day is beautiful. In your experience, in our sophisticated Sushi Bar “Kauntā”, we have this principle: our sushi chefs are prepared to customize our delicious dishes to suit the customer's preferences, making experiences unique and equally beautiful and tasty. We receive daily fresh fish from the best suppliers to prepare our dishes and thus maintain a high quality standard.

Our inspiration
The inspiration for our logo, a beautiful scenery of the Japanese sunset, translates the principles of our cuisine: affection, personalization and authenticity. These principles can be noticed from our tableware, flavor and presentation of the dishes.
At Prime Japanese we admire and respect Japanese history and culture, also serving experiences that please the Brazilian palate.
